Bikram Method beginning yoga class. 26 Postures and 2 breathing exercises over 90 minutes in a heated room. All levels welcome!
High Intensity Interval Training. 30 minute fitness hot pilates, conditioning, strength, and cardio class. This class is performed in a heated room.
This class is a 40 posture sequence, designed to introduce students to some more advanced postures. Some yoga experience recommended. Approx. 75 minutes practiced in a heated room.

Bikram Yoga Class led to soft music and limited spoken instruction. 60 minutes in heated room. All levels welcome!
Inferno Hot Pilates
Pilates exercises combined with High Intensity Interval Training. Great for all fitness levels! Heated, low-impact workout practiced in a heated room to music. 60 minutes.
