What is 21 Day Detox and Yoga Challenge?

Every year around the New Year, our community of teachers and students join as a group to work on eating healthy, creating a balanced yoga and fitness schedule, and eliminating sugar, alcohol and other unhealthy foods from our diet.

What are the benefits of clean eating and sugar detox?

The goal of the detox is to create a healthy lifestyle which promotes:

  • Mindful Eating

  • Reduced health risks

  • Better Focus

  • Sustained energy

  • Reduced bloat

  • Better dental health

  • Weight regulation

This lifestyle plan is great for anyone who wants to get healthy while not feeling hungry or tired. We offer support, buddies, private online group discussion, weekly meetings, suggested yoga and fitness class times, and well as a detailed daily meal plan.
