We get it, showing up for your first class can be intimidating. That’s why we’re here to help you arrive prepared and have a great experience. Here are some tips before your first class:
Prepare for your First Class:
Create your account HERE, purchase a pass, then make a reservation for your class. Arrive 5-10 minutes before your first class and check in at the desk. *Class starts on time and doors open 15 minutes prior to class start time.
Wear clothing in which you are comfortable moving and sweating. Bring plain water, a mat, and a large towel. We also sell these at the studio (prices range from $10-110). Come hydrated and avoid eating a heavy meal for a few hours before class.
During your Class:
Plan to stay for the entire class. Take breaks and sit down as much as you need. Keep your breathing calm.Drink water as needed during class.Enjoy your class and come back tomorrow.
Please note, we are punctual with class start times and for the privacy and safety of our students, front doors are closed during class time.
Wind Down - After Class:
Stay hydrated and eat well after class.Schedule your next visit as soon as possible and make it a priority to attend regularly in the first month to gain all the amazing physical and mental benefits.Use the APP to book your classes or visit the schedule online.
Out of town visitors are welcome for classes. We have visitor options depending on your schedule. You may rent a mat/towel combo with any of these out-of-towner passes.
