What is Bikram Yoga?
THE ORIGINAL HOT YOGA
Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to stretch and strengthen the body. The postures are practiced over 90 minutes in a heated room (105 degrees, 40% humidity). All classes are appropriate for all levels including beginner.

We recommend New Students take advantage of one of the New Students Specials - either One Month of Unlimited Yoga or 10 Classes in 60 days for $49. This will give students a chance to experience several classes and get to know our teachers and series. Note: Class reservations are not required. Simply come to any class on time. You MUST arrive 15 MINUTES BEFORE class time. Bring a mat and plain water (we rent mats and sell water at the studio) and bring your I.D. Read more on our NEW STUDENTS page.
