What is Bikram Yoga?


New students:  You can come to any Bikram Yoga class! Arrive 15 minutes before class time. Look for "Bikram Yoga" or "BY Community Class" (same class for $10 drop-in) on our schedule.  This class is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to stretch and strengthen the body. The postures are practiced over 90 minutes in a heated room (105 degrees, 40% humidity).  This class is for all levels including beginner.

Introductory Month:
The best way to experience Bikram Yoga is to start with 30 Days Unlimited.  We recommend New Students try our New Student Special One Month of Unlimited Yoga for $49.  
This will give new students a chance to experience several classes and get to know our teachers and series.  

Note:  Class reservations are not required. Simply come to any class on time. You MUST arrive 15 MINUTES BEFORE class time. Bring a mat, towel, and plain water (we rent mats and towels, and sell water at the studio) and bring your I.D.

Posture Workshop:
Sat, Oct 17 from 12-1pm.  Topic: Balancing Postures.  Come learn more about posture basics and ask individual posture questions. Led by our experienced teachers.  Sign up in the online store $10 current students, $25 drop-in.
