What is Bikram Yoga?
THE ORIGINAL HOT YOGA
New students: You can come to any class! Arrive 15 minutes before class time. We offer one class known as Bikram Yoga. This class is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to stretch and strengthen the body. The postures are practiced over 90 minutes in a heated room (105 degrees, 40% humidity).

The best way to experience Bikram Yoga is to start with 30 Days Unlimited. We recommend New Students take advantage of our New Student Special One Month of Unlimited Yoga for $49. This will give students a chance to experience several classes and get to know our teachers and series. Note: Class reservations are not required. Simply come to any class on time. You MUST arrive 15 MINUTES BEFORE class time. Bring a mat, towel, and plain water (we rent mats and towels, and sell water at the studio) and bring your I.D. Read more on our New Students page.
