What is Bikram Yoga?

 

THE ORIGINAL HOT YOGA 

Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to stretch and strengthen the body. The postures are practiced over 90 minutes in a heated room (105 degrees, 40% humidity). All classes are appropriate for all levels including beginner.

Introductory Special:
We recommend New Students take advantage of one of the New Students Specials - either One Month of Unlimited Yoga or 10 Classes in 60 days for $49.  This will give students a chance to experience several classes and get to know our teachers and series.  Note:  Class reservations are not required. Simply come to any class on time. You MUST arrive 15 MINUTES BEFORE class time. Bring a mat and plain water (we rent mats and sell water at the studio) and bring your I.D. Yin Yoga
Our next Yin yoga class will be held
Sat, May 9 from 12-1pm.  
This class is a great complement to a vigorous Hot Yoga Practice. The therapeutic asanas target the deep connective tissues of the body while using long held (2-5 minutes) floor postures to increase flexibility in the hips, lower back and shoulders. Perfect for tight hips, lower back, injuries, or just extra stretching.  Regular class prices apply.  Come stretch with us!
