What is Bikram Yoga?




Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to stretch and strengthen the body. The postures are practiced over 90 minutes in a heated room (105 degrees, 40% humidity). All classes are a 90 minute Bikram Yoga Class, appropriate for all levels from beginner to advanced.

Thank you for deciding to join us! We guarantee that a regular Bikram Yoga practice will change your life in many positive ways.


If you feel nervous, scared or even intimidated, no worries; many people feel that way initially but this will change after your first class.  This yoga class was designed especially for beginners and with a little practice and experience you will soon feel right at home.


Choose any class time from our schedule and commit to coming to class as quickly as you can. All classes are the same and are suitable for beginners. We look forward to practicing with you soon.

Community Class


We offer the same 90 minute Bikram Yoga class for half price, 3 times per week.


$10 Drop-in single class is offered:

Mon at 8:30 pm

Wed at 4:30 pm

Fri at 6:30 pm


Pay in-studio only for a drop-in.  Students on class cards or unlimited classes can attend any class time, no restrictions.

We recommend New Students take advantage of our online special One Month of Unlimited Yoga for $49.  This will give students a chance to experience several classes and get to know our teachers and series.  Try our classes for 30 days and see you amazing you feel!


Note:  Class reservations are not required. Simply come to any class, arrive 15 MINUTES BEFORE class time.  Bring a mat and plain water (we rent mats and sell water for $2 at the studio) and bring your I.D.  We will provide a towel.  Please be on time, latecomers will not be admitted.  Read more on our NEW STUDENTS page.
