About Bikram Yoga 

Bikram Yoga Huntington Beach is an independently-owned, family-run, local yoga studio.
At Bikram Yoga Huntington Beach we offer primarily Bikram Method Hot Yoga and all of our teachers are expertly trained with more than 500 hours of  study at Bikram's Yoga College of India.

Bikram Yoga is a Hot Yoga class, consisting of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises.
The class is suitable for all levels including first-time students and beginners.

Class reservations are not required, please arrive 15 minutes before your first class to get set-up.

Bikram Yoga 

Bikram Yoga is our primary class for all levels.  The class is led by a certified Bikram Method instructor and consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room over 90 minutes *select times are 60 minutes, consult our schedule.   All levels welcome!

Hot Flow

Hot Flow is a heated Vinyasa-style class which includes Sun Salutes and focuses on both flexibility and strengthening postures.  The class is led to music over 60 minutes.  All levels welcome!  

Inferno Hot Pilates 

This class combines Pilates exercises with high intensity interval training and is practiced in heated room over 60 minutes.  All levels welcome!  
(We also offer HOT HIIT a 30 minute express version of this class).

Hot 26 + (Intermediate) 

This class is a 40 posture variation of Bikram Yoga including some more challenging postures practiced in a heated room over 75 minutes.  The sequence is designed to introduce students to advanced postures.   Some yoga experience recommended. 

Services - Traditional Thai Stretching Massage

Reserve a 60 or 90 minute traditional Thai stretching massage, appointments Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.  Email: to reserve. $55 for 60 minutes and $70 for 90 minutes.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga classes are offered on a special "pop-up" basis monthly.  This class is a  lightly heated, 60 minute session led to music, consisting of long-held, deep-release floor postures.  Perfect for all levels of practitioner.
