Bikram Yoga Huntington Beach is a local and independently owned yoga studio offering pure Bikram Method Yoga. What is a Bikram Yoga Class?
A Bikram Yoga Class is a Beginner Series, also known as the Original Hot Yoga. The class is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to stretch and strengthen the body.
The postures are practiced in a heated room (105 degrees, 40% humidity).
First time students, which class to attend?
When viewing our schedule, look for Bikram Yoga or Bikram Yoga Community Class. Community Classes are still regular hot Bikram method classes at a discounted price $10 for a drop-in.
All Bikram Method Classes are heated. Bikram Yoga is appropriate for all levels from beginner to advanced.
The class is led by a certified Bikram Yoga Teacher and is suitable for first time students.
This is our primary class for all students. 90 minute heated Hatha yoga class, perfect for first-time students and seasoned practitioners. This class is led by a Bikram Method instructor and consists of 26 Postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room. All levels welcome!
Bikram Yoga Community Class
Community Class $10. A regular 90 minute Bikram Yoga Class, offered at a discounted drop-in rate for students who don't have a yoga package. All levels welcome!
Bikram Method 60 minute class. This class is perfect for students looking to squeeze a class into their busy schedule. The class consists of the same Bikram Method 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises, modified to fit into an hour class time. All levels welcome!
This class is a 40 posture sequence practiced over 75 minutes in a heated room, designed to introduce students to advanced postures. Some yoga experience recommended, all regular practitioners welcome.
Inferno Hot Pilates is a 60 minute challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout. It is performed on a yoga mat in a heated room. Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels.
This class consists of High Intensity Interval Training pilates exercises. Stabilizes and strengthens the core and total body. Get ready to work-out, sweat, and have fun. Practiced in a heated room with music over 30 minutes.
