Original Hot Yoga

The Original Hot Bikram Method beginning yoga class is 26 Postures and 2 breathing exercises over 90 minutes in a heated room. This is the ideal class for any level, including beginners.

In addition to Original Hot 90, we also offer a shorter Original Hot 60 minute class, same postures in a shorter format, and Original Hot Express, same postures in a shorter format with the teacher practicing the postures alongside the class.

Original Hot Yoga is perfect for first-time students, experienced yogis, and beginners. Geared to all levels!

Hot 26 + Yoga

Hot 26 Plus is an amazing yoga class created around the Original Hot 26 Yoga Postures. This "plus" class is designed with the 1st set Original Beginner Posture and an optional 2nd set variation and sequences of postures strung together.  The class is for ALL LEVELS and a fun way to try some new moves in the framework of a familiar series.

Original Hot Sculpt

This is an effective mobility, strength, and fitness class that blends high intensity interval training, Pilates-principles, barre and yoga. The moves transcend any style out there and are designed to support your hot yoga practice. A great workout for all levels, including beginners!

We have two class formats, Original Hot Sculpt (Level 1) and Original Hot Sculpt with weights.

This challenging class is fun, energetic, and suitable for all levels.

Strength & Stretch

This is a combination Hot Yoga class along with hot mobility moves. Start with 30 minutes of dynamic moves using weights or blocks to strengthen muscles and build stability. Follow with approximately 1 hour of Hot Yoga and stretching for flexibility and overall wellbeing.

This class is geared to all levels and all abilities, 75-90 minutes in a heated room, great overall workout to reap powerful results.

Hot 45+

Up-level your yoga practice! This Intermediate Class introduces new postures and skills to students who have a foundation in Original Hot Yoga. It’s challenging, fun, accessible, and does not require any advanced skills. The focus of this class is to improve hip mobility, spine flexibility, and introduce arm balancing poses.

The class is designed for students looking to increase their mobility, flexibility, and balance. A select number (45) of postures from the Advanced 84 are practiced in a heated room including the Original Hot 26 postures plus more. Students may bring a strap or blocks to assist.
